The million hearts plant aka dischidia ruscifolia is an epiphytic plant, which means that in the wild it does not necessarily grow in soil, but it grows on trees, using moisture and nutrients from the air and the surface of the plant it lives on. So it has some different care needs than a lot of other houseplants.
Million hearts plants love lots of indirect sunlight. But do not let them get direct sunlight.
How Often to Water A Million Hearts Plant
Water once a week and mist them once or twice too.
Million Hearts Fertilizer
Million hearts do not need feeding, but they can grow quicker if you do. You should use a balanced fertilizer, but diluted by much more than is required for normal plant, add three times the water that is normally needed so they don’t get fertilizer burn. And feed once a month in the spring and summer months.

Million hearts plants should not be grown in a soil mix as they are epiphytes and used to growing on other plants. A mix of bark, perlite and sphagnum moss is a better idea for these or they will die from their roots being too wet.

You do not need to repot a million hearts plant, as they should not be in normal soil. They will cling to bark mix, and this does not need to be changed unless it gets really dirty.
